As a nationwide provider of Healthcare Accreditation Consulting based\u00a0out of New Jersey and Florida, Executive Professional Consulting Services (EPCS) focuses on the critical and fast growing health care industry, providing a wide array of services to facilitate obtaining or maintaining accreditation standards and Medicare certification to existing Home Health Care Agencies (HHA), Hospices, Private Duty Agencies (PD), Infusion Nursing, Skilled Nursing Agencies, as well as, new home care company start-ups.<\/p>\n

Our executive consultant background includes over 30 years in compliance, quality assurance and audit functions with major corporations and over 10 years of experience in home and health care services including\u00a0HCSF accreditation, as well as consultant certification and training from the accreditation organizations (AOs) such as ACHC, CAHC and CHAP.<\/p>\n

In our primary role as a Home Care Accreditation Consultant, we have Executive Professional Health Care Specialists who provide unparalleled service designed to help our clients meet the regulatory, operational, technology, client\/patient relationship, and risk challenges of a constantly changing health care environment. We review your organization’s structure and make recommendations, as well as assist in the implementation of customized policies, procedures, and processes designed to address noted deficiencies and to ensure compliance with applicable accreditation standards, as well as Federal and State regulations.<\/p>\n

Services are provided to health care entities seeking initial accreditation or applying for renewal from Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), The Joint Commission (TJC), Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), National Institute of Home Care Accreditation (NIHCA), Medicare\/ Medicaid Certification through CMS, and State accreditation organizations, such as New Jersey’s Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC) and Agency for Health Care Admin (AHCA) Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation. We also provide assistance in establishing health care startup companies or franchises, and to individuals or groups who are interested in entering the health care market and are seeking guidance as they make these very important investment and strategic decisions. EPCS offers assistance with Plans of Correction from AOs, State agencies and CMS. Mock survey services are available, along with ongoing Consulting Retainer Services which may include Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Services.<\/p>\n
